Free Freight Policy
Any Chemical order $350.00 or over will be shipped free freight. Open charge accounts must be current to qualify for free freight. Equipment, accessories, parts, specials or otherwise discounted items do not qualify for free freight.
Shipping
Orders placed before 4:00PM will be shipped same day and orders placed after 4:00PM will be shipped the next business day. While we strive to keep backorders to a minimum, they are possible. Unless instructed otherwise, we will ship all available items, then ship backordered as soon as they become avaiable. Shipments will be sent UPS or FedEx unless order qualifies for common carrier (truck).
Warranties and Returns
Any product sold with a factory warranty may be returned if found to be defective within the terms of the warranty. Please call a Customer Service Representative for details. Returned items must be returned within 15 days of the date of purchase in the original packaging and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Damage in Shipment
All claims for material damaged in shipment must be reported to the delivering carrier. UPS driver, truck driver etc. Please hold onto the original carton as this is often necessary in order to settle claims.
